1. Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Return Addresses
Return instructions and addresses will be provided by email upon approval of your return request.
We maintain multiple return locations across the United Kingdom, the European Union, and the United States to minimize customer shipping costs.
3. Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for all return shipping charges.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery of your return.
4. Exchanges
The fastest way to get the right item is to return the product you have, and once your return is accepted, make a new purchase.
We may offer free size exchanges in some cases — please email us if your product doesn’t fit and we will do our best to assist.
Color, variant, or product exchanges should be handled through a new order after the return process.
5. Order Cancellations
We are unable to cancel orders once they are processed because our fulfillment system is automated.
Most orders are dispatched within 12 hours of purchase.

If the order has already shipped, you may still return it once received.
6. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right as quickly as possible.
7. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the product must be in its original condition, unused, with all tags and packaging intact, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
9. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
